Workshops by Rafaela Montanaro
RAFA’S TRADEMARK
To celebrate POSA’s 10th anniversary and the Pole Sport World Championships 2026, we are organising a special workshop with Rafaela Montanaro in Helsinki! In RAFA’S TRADEMARK, Rafaela will teach her signature tricks and combos that she has performed in her own routines. This is a great opportunity to learn from Rafaela and add some new tricks and combinations to your own pole practice! Rafaela Montanaro is not just a great athlete, but also an excellent teacher. She has used her knowledge as an athlete since the age of 3. This includes several national titles in Brazil as a gymnast and training experience in USA as well. She was also part of the Kung-fu Wushu Brazilian team in 2006, went to circus school in France and has a bachelor’s degree in physical education. Now she uses all that to help develop her true passion: Pole dance which she has been teaching around the world since 2010.
